Pro-Built Fat Boys 5 Hole Piston Tuning Set (4 pair)

**This package includes 8 pistons (4 Fat Boys 2.2 and, 4 Fat Boys 2.7), all fronts are 5x1.4 and rears 5x1.5mm.  Nothing is pre-drilled. **

This set for 2024 is preferred by the Team Associated drivers with the thinner 2.2 pistons for low grip/bumpy and the 2.7 pistons for more pack on a smooth track.     Mix and match whatever combination you'd like for your surface.

Hot Weather:

Front: 42.5wt AE (xxx CST) 4 x  1.4 and 1x 1.5
Rear: 35 wt AE  (xxx CST) 3 x 1.50 & 2 x 1.70mm  (for 3rd hole wide RC8B4.1 arm)

Cold Weather (below 60F):

Front: 40wt AE (500 CST) 4 x  1.4 and 1x 1.5

Rear: 32.5 wt AE  (500 CST) 3 x 1.50 & 2 x 1.70mm  (for 3rd hole wide RC8B4.1 arm)

1. Precision CNC Routed Delrin (TM) pistons, sold in Pro-Built set of 4.
2. 4 pistons Fat Boys 2.2mm   flat front, bevel rear
3. 4 pistons Fat Boys 2.7mm   flat front, bevel rear
4. Hand marked with hole diameters
5. Reduced clearance for less blow-by on landings, the result is less "flutter" in the suspension.
6. Fits electric and nitro Associated RC8B4.1 and RC8T4 (and older versions) and Mugen MBX8 and MBX8T series, XRAY XB9 buggy series.
7. Good to tune a nitro and ebuggy!
