16mm 5 Hole Fat Boys [2.2mm] Pistons- CUSTOM

**Sept 2024: This package is offered for customers who want to try one of the custom Team drilling options for different track conditions.  The baseline pistons are a good all-around. **

The Schelle Fat Boys piston lineup is built around the concept that a thicker piston will limit flow around the outside forcing oil through the valving holes.  For ungroomed and cold weather conditions, the piston center i milled out to 2.2 mm tall, reducing pack for low grip and cooler weather.  Keeping the outside height 2.5mm adds strength and ensures oil goes thru the holes to reduce flutter.   

OPTIONS (add into order notes on checkout)

1.  7 Hole Smooth Track:   Less larger holes in the piston, 2 tiny holes added for low speed grip yet give more pack on high grip tracks to really throw the car around with security.
2. Un-groomed Outdoor:   Further reduces pack over baseline, to handle lower grip and larger bumps for an outdoor ungroomed track.   Fronts add a tiny 6th hole for more steering, Rears have 3 holes drilled larger for less pack.
